Hematite is a common iron oxide compound and is widely found in rocks and soils. It has the same structure as corundum and ilmenite.
Hematite naturally occurs in black to steel or silver-gray, brown to reddish-brown, or red colors.
Benefits
Hematite promotes grounding, and enhances concentration and focus. It can also reduce stress and anxiety. It protects you from negative energy, but be aware of the energies you let in your bubble.
